Estimator
Develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for retail, restaurant, and office construction projects from preconstruction through award.
- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
- Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)
- Strong understanding of MEP, structural, and architectural plans
- Experience with retail/restaurant tenant improvement projects preferred
Senior Project Manager
Lead complex, multi-site commercial construction projects from inception through closeout while mentoring project teams and managing client relationships.
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven track record managing $5M+ projects
- Expert knowledge of contracts, scheduling, and budget management
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
Project Manager
Manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to RCM's quality standards.
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience with retail, restaurant, or office tenant build-outs
- Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and standard PM software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Assistant Project Manager
Support Project Managers in the day-to-day execution of construction projects, gaining hands-on experience across all project phases.
- 2-4 years of commercial construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Project Coordinator
Provide critical administrative and operational support to project teams, helping keep documentation, schedules, and communication on track.
- 1-3 years of construction or related administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Superintendent
Lead on-site construction operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are built safely, efficiently, and to RCM's quality standards.
- 7+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety protocols
- Experience supervising retail/restaurant/office build-outs
- Proven ability to read plans, schedule trades, and resolve field issues
