Project Overview
Tenant improvement and full build-out of a Cold Stone Creamery quick-service restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada. Delivered the complete branded retail and service experience — from custom counter and dipping cabinet to the signature red-and-black brand wall finishes — within an existing retail shell.
Scope included refrigerated dipping cabinets, cold-prep service line, point-of-sale and queue control system, mounted menu displays, custom brand-wall vinyl and signage, dark ceiling treatment with focal lighting, tile flooring, cafe-style dining seating, ADA-compliant restroom build-out, and full MEP coordination tied to Cold Stone corporate brand standards.
