Design-Build places architecture, engineering, and construction under a single contract — one team, one responsibility, one goal. A Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) then caps your total project cost. Richardson Construction Management absorbs the risk of overruns above that ceiling, while any savings below it flow back to you.
