Project Overview
Ground-up new construction of a Chevron-branded fueling station and Extra Mile convenience store in Moreno Valley, California. The project delivered a complete C-store building with stone-clad architectural tower, full fueling infrastructure, branded canopy, and all associated site improvements.
Scope included site grading, underground storage tanks, dispenser islands, full MEP build-out, stucco and stone exterior, Extra Mile branded signage, refrigerated coolers, POS integration, and the integrated trash enclosure with screening walls. Coordinated to Chevron corporate standards with the City of Moreno Valley AHJ.
