Project Scope

Ground-up construction of a full-service ARCO retail fuel center anchored by an am/pm convenience store. The build delivered an ARCO-branded fueling canopy with multi-position dispenser islands, an attached am/pm c-store with branded storefront, and a fully landscaped site designed in a Spanish-Mediterranean architectural vocabulary — stucco massing, clay-tile hip roofs with prominent corner tower elements, stacked-stone wainscot, and integrated trellis arbors. Site improvements included full utility tie-ins, underground fuel storage and piping, fueling forecourt with branded canopy, parking, ADA access, signage, hardscape, and complete drought-tolerant landscape.
