Project Overview
Full tenant improvement and finish build-out of an optometry practice in Upland, California — combining a high-end optical retail showroom with the clinical exam, fitting, and back-of-house support spaces required for daily patient care.
Scope included demolition and refit of the existing storefront, custom cherry millwork display cases, frame display walls, integrated lighting, point-of-sale and patient consultation furniture, custom flooring transitions, and full MEP coordination. Designed and delivered to deliver a refined, gallery-quality retail experience aligned with the practice's brand.
