01 — Overview
A full-site rebrand keeping fuel operations active throughout the build.
Richardson Construction Management delivered a complete exterior and interior renovation of the Victoria Avenue Chevron station in Ventura, California, executing a ground-up rebrand to the new Rocket convenience-store identity.
The scope encompassed stucco refresh, channel-letter signage installation, storefront glazing upgrades, fuel-court canopy refresh, and full modernization of the customer entry and interior retail layout — including refrigerated coolers, snack and candy fixtures, and a new Subway co-tenancy buildout.
The project was delivered on schedule, with the fuel court remaining operational for customers throughout the majority of construction.
