Ryan grew up performing construction work for the family business, attended UNM and U of P and in 1995 became licensed in the State of CA as a General Engineering and Building Contractor License#703992. Ryan has been a Director of Construction for top tier General Contractor Menemsha Solutions and Restaurant Developer/Owner-Operator the Reins Corporation International "Gyu-Kaku".
For over 25 years, team work and collaboration have been guiding principles for Ryan in the commercial construction industry. Ryan has led and managed projects for Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Verizon, Lululemon, Holiday Inn, Starbuck's, Urban Commons, Chevron, Rubio's 7-11, McDonald's, Asian Box, Domino's, Daniels Jewelers, Knott's Berry Farm, Reins International U.S.A. DBA: Gyu-Kaku Restaurants and countless other National Brands. Ryan leads the Construction Management and Contracting Services Division of Richardson Construction. |
